Hi people, just to let you know that the recent website outage was to do with a problem with the account billing system due to me changing bank accounts. The issue now seems to be resolved, despite some problems with updating my bank account details (hence the lengthy delay in getting back online).
On a similar note, if you have any further issues with the website over the next month, please ensure you have other staff members contact details as I will be unavailable during this period due to moving home and then a holiday (I’ll need it!). If the other staff cannot fix the problem, they will be able to contact me via text and I’ll see what I can do from my end 🙂
